ATV Trails
Tatum Lead
Suitable for OTVs. About 7 miles in length. Tatum Lead is about .5 miles east of Wilderness View Cabins entrance. Note: Vehicles must be licensed to travel the first 2.0 miles, which is a right-of-way across private land. The lower end of Tatum Lead ends at a bunker at private landline. Rock Creek Loop Trail ties into this trail.
Rock Creek Trail
Suitable for ATVs and cycles. Approximately .5 miles loop trail. Tatum lead ties into this loop.
Rocky Flats
Although our property drive is not open to ATVs, our area abounds with trails designed for ATV use. Our office has maps for your riding convenience. Rocky Flats’ trails are suitable for ORVs and ATVs and about 5 miles in length. Caution: About 2.8 miles of the road on the eastern side is open to mixed traffic.
Milma Creek Trail
Suitable for ATVs and cycles. About 3.4 miles in length. This trail connects Windy Gap Cycle Trail with the Tibbs Trail. Caution: About 1 mile of the trail is a road open to mixed traffic during the fall deer hunts and the winter raccoon hunts (November January).
Tibbs Trail
Suitable for ATVs and cycles. This road is gated on both ends. About 5 miles in length. Access is either from the Windy Gap Cycle Trail/Milma Creek Trail or Grassy Mountain Road. Note: This trail is closed to the public use below the lower gate. Caution: This trail is open to mixed traffic during the fall deer hunts and the winter raccoon hunts.
Windy Gap Cycle Trail
Lower 2 miles suitable for cycles and ATVs. Caution: Use caution crossing the county road. The Muskrat Road is open to mixed traffic.
