WILDERNESS VIEW CABINS COVID-19 PROCEDURES: 

During this global crisis, Wilderness View Cabins has maintained a dual commitment to our guests and our staff. We’re excited to say that during Georgia’s shutdown, we were able to keep our staff safe and employed, while adhering to social distancing guidelines and procedures. 
Now that we are able to reopen our business, we want to keep you informed about the steps Wilderness View Cabins is taking to keep our guests and our staff safe, using recommendations from the CDC Guidelines. We want to be transparent to help you feel secure visiting our cabins with your family. 

• We are applying a “Booking Buffer” to our reservations. Reservations will have 24 hours between bookings to allow for proper cleaning and disinfection.
• Staff wear the required personal protective equipment while cleaning cabins, including disposable gloves to clean and disinfect cabin surfaces.Disinfecting includes frequently touched surfaces like tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, remotes, toilets, faucets, etc. 
• Surfaces are cleaned with soap and water first. Then a second cleaning follows with a disinfectant. We are following EPA/CDC guidelines to ensure that this process effectively cleans and disinfects surfaces in our cabins. 
• Soft surfaces will be disinfected according to manufacturer guidelines. Additionally, we are using hot water and disinfectant to clean any laundry-friendly items.

Our staff is trained and knowledgeable of the CDC guidelines. Because we are family, our staff has been social distancing together. This assures you that our staff is safe to be in contact with one another. In the event you need assistance with anything while at your cabin, we will discuss safe assistance options to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff.

The “Oh My Gosh Road”: If you are a returning guest that has traveled down our “Oh My Gosh Road” we are happy to announce that we have completed the re-engineering of the road.  This is great news that we were able to finish ahead of schedule so that our guests will have a wonderful experience.
